Y10 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the y10 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y10 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use y10's services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and y10 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The y10 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where the use of such services is legally permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable local laws.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the y10 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. y10 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents where deemed necessary. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. y10 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

  • Passwords must be unique and must not be shared with any other party.
  • Users are not permitted to transfer or sell their account to a third party.
  • Each login session from a new device may require additional verification.

User Responsibilities & Rules

Users agree to use the y10 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, including manipulating game outcomes or exploiting technical bugs.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate markets or betting outcomes.
  • Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or defamatory.
  • Abusing the customer support system to make false claims.

Y10 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including freezing account balances while an investigation is ongoing.

Payments & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the y10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using supported payment methods registered in the same user's name. y10 does not accept payments from third parties on a user's behalf.

Each withdrawal request is subject to a verification process, the duration of which depends on the chosen method. y10 does not bear any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial service providers during the deposit or withdrawal process.

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are determined by the selected payment method.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate. y10 is not liable for any delays or loss of funds resulting from incorrect information.
  • Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to rollover requirements stated separately in the relevant promotion terms.
  • Funds in accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee.

Y10 reserves the right to suspend any transaction suspected of involving money laundering or fraud, and will report such transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

Y10 Liability Limits

Y10 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions, or financial losses due to technical failures beyond our control.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. y10 does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times, though we make every effort to maintain maximum platform availability.

Account Suspension & Closure

Y10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any valid balance will be returned once all required security checks have been completed.
